PropBridge Creator Payment Agreement (Summary)

By accepting partnership deal terms and completing Stripe Connect onboarding on PropBridge, you agree to the following:

On-platform payments

Partnership compensation for deals originated through PropBridge must be paid through the platform. Off-platform payments for the same engagement do not replace this obligation where applicable under our Terms of Service.

Platform fee

PropBridge deducts a platform fee from your gross payout before funds reach your connected account. The fee is shown in basis points (bps) on each deal (e.g. 1000 bps = 10%). Tiered rates may apply based on deal size.

Example: $30,000/month gross with a 10% fee → you receive $27,000/month net; PropBridge retains $3,000.

Stripe Connect

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express. You are responsible for accurate tax and identity information in Stripe. PropBridge is not a bank or money transmitter.

Deal records

Payment history, fees, and net earnings are recorded in your PropBridge earnings dashboard for transparency.
